Our Mission
Assegai Survival Systems offers professional firearms, defense, and preparedness training, along with quality, affordable, and tested equipment, for mature and motivated people. We train individuals who want to protect themselves, their families, and their neighbors and who understand that hard times require serious preparation.
All training is based on proven doctrine and taught to clear standards. Our goal is to build real skills, good decision-making, and confidence under stress. Through hands-on training and group preparedness programs, we help people become more capable, responsible, and ready to work together when it matters most.

TRAINING
TRAINING MANUALS
The Guidebook for Prepared Citizens series is written by the owner and lead instructor of Assegai Survival Systems. The series is based on proven U.S. Army doctrine and established tactics, techniques, and procedures. This doctrine is used as a starting point, then adjusted and explained so it works for civilians.
Each manual is built for real-world situations where help may be late, limited, or not coming at all. The content is written for prepared citizens, mutual assistance groups, and local teams who must plan, train, and act with few resources and no outside support.
Every manual includes clear training guidance and practical tools to help people train on their own or as a group. Programs of Instruction, Training and Evaluation Outlines, checklists, and training aids are included so training is done on purpose, the same way each time, and to clear standards. Together, the manuals form a complete system that helps civilians train themselves and others using proven methods adapted to civilian life.

COURSES
Our multi-day training courses are built to help people learn and remember real skills. The training is challenging and uses safe, controlled stress to prepare students for real situations. Courses are designed to move people beyond working alone and into working as a team.
By the end of each course, students are clearly better prepared to handle crisis situations together. They leave with practical skills, shared ways of doing things, and tested decision-making abilities that did not exist at the start of training.

CLASSES
In addition to our multi-day immersion training, we offer focused one- and two-day classes to help people learn important skills quickly. These courses are built for emergency preparedness and are designed to give students useful skills in a short amount of time.
Our classes include Stop the Bleed (STB), emergency field medicine, firearms training, and communications training. Communications training covers the use of field-expedient antennas, basic signal interception techniques, and simple clandestine repeater use for grid-down situations. Firearms courses range from basic handgun training and concealed carry (CCW/LTC) classes to practical and realistic use of firearms and equipment like optics.
Assegai Survival Systems provides clear, professional instruction to help students act as immediate responders during a crisis. Whether you are learning medical care, defensive skills, or emergency communications, our goal is to help you gain the core skills needed to survive and function when it matters most.
MOBILE TRAINING
All of our classes and courses are available through our Mobile Training Team (MTT). Assegai Survival Systems serves Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana . If your group is 15 to 35 members contact us to learn more about what our mobile training team has to offer.

Classes
NRA Basic Handgun
$150.00
This class teaches the student the fundamentals of pistol shooting, which is an essential part of emergency preparedness. If the student does not own their own handgun, a .22LR pistol will be provided for use during firearms training. This class is 90 percent hands-on, making it a valuable component of our survival courses.
